Meet Marly
Marly Benedicto is a coach, educator and artist devoted to helping people reclaim intimacy, heal their deepest imprints, and awaken to the fullness of their creative, embodied selves. Her work is rooted in the belief that our relationship to love and the voice is inseparable from our relationship to life itself, and that by transforming these inner landscapes, we transform how we create family, culture, and community.
Marly’s coaching blends science, spirituality, and embodiment in a way that is both practical and deeply transformational. Drawing on her training with energy medicine, voice activation, tantra, yoga, and somatic healing, she supports clients to move beyond shame, fear, and disconnection into new levels of safety, pleasure, and authentic expression. She is especially passionate about helping individuals and couples dissolve patterns rooted in trauma or cultural conditioning and step into relationships that honor their wholeness.

Feminine Principles of Business Beyond the Matrix
What happens when we intentionally use business as a systems design tool to integrate Divine Feminine Principles into soceity and culture?
Today, after a 2 hour panel interview with Megan Camille and Sarah-Jane for Megan’s online summit “Business Beyond the Matrix,” I took myself and pup Hōkū for a walk. It would have been easy to jump off the Zoom call and jump straight into business management... but I chose the river and trail instead.
I don’t consider this taking a “break.” Instead, it’s an essential aspect of my somatic practice to stay grounded and clear so that my output is clean, impactful and effective. To gather fresh inspiration, to integrate the interview and to treat my body kindly. I watched an outdoor classroom of young children sliding down boulders and climbing the wooden bridge. I met with a friend and we brainstormed future creative collaborations. I even visited my neighbor at their downtown bakery. All of these things feed the connections and deeper sense of purpose that are behind running a successful business.
When we stop building with a 2-year sellout plan and start designing with a 7-generation impact in mind, relationships become central to the work we offer.
