Marly Benedicto is a Quantum Healer, Voice Activation Specialist and a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach. She supports clients and couples in person, through remote sessions over zoom and within groups through private retreats and gatherings.

Marly has spent over 8 years developing and mastering a voice activation, communication and vibrational medicine modality called Harmonize. She is certified as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitoner through the World Tapping Circle, taught by Sonya Sophia. She has recieved her Reiki trainings in person with masters from linage holders in India and Los Angeles.

She is trauma informed certified and specializes in supporting clients address and overcome direct and inherited sexual trauma. This often includes ancetral and past life regression.

Currently, Marly is a studen in Trimester 3 of a year-long training as a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach with Layla Marting and the Vita Academy!

Additionally, Marly has studied with Francesca McCartyney, PhD at the Academy of Intuitve Medicine based in San Francisco as well as with Michael Beckwith at the Agape University based in Los Angeles. She has toured globally, both taking immersions and hosting across the fields of dance, breathwork, energy and somatic healing, tantra, singing, permaculture, community design, and regenerative solutions.

I don’t usually write about politics. My work is helping people regulate their nervous systems, reclaim their voice, and create relationships rooted in security and truth.

But after watching the recent Quantico speech, my body recognized a pattern I see every week in practice: coercive dynamics that silence, confuse, and control.

On Substack, I unpack how these patterns show up at scale—and what we can do about it:

* why collective dysregulation weakens communities and decision-making
