The Harmonize™ Approach…

Hi, I’m Marly Benedicto, a trauma-informed Love, Sex, and Relationship Coach, voice activation guide, and the founder of Gaia Temple and the Harmonize™ Method—a healing system that unites psychology, somatic awareness, and sound to awaken authentic expression and emotional freedom.

Like many of us, when I awoke to my Universal-Self and Highest Potential, I immediately doubted myself. I tried to hide and deny, but it was too late… there was no climbing back into the preverbal box. So, instead, I followed my newly awoken intuitive voice on a vision quest through India! There, I discovered the healing power of singing, mantras and eastern energy medicines. After two months studying in temples, meeting the Dali Lama, and singing with local Raga Masters, I returned to Los Angeles and began teaching the community first iterations of Harmonize.

Like many of us, I was numb to my pleasure and blind to my power for most of my early adult life… I didn’t know that it was ancestral trauma that was the source of a deep seated fear of receiving. This was blocking my ability to achieve orgasm!

Through meditation, self-reflection and healing, I found my self worth - this gave me the courage and strength to leave an outgrown, sex-less marriage as well as a decade-long successful, but soul-less corporate career. It wasn’t easy, I was terrified… I thought I might be crazy… but I knew there must be something else, something more!

On the other side of the unknown was total orgasmic rapture! At 30 years old I met my twin flame and experienced my first orgasm in tandem with a full sexual awakening. I found God again through sacred sexuality and my life took a total turn as my voice awoke and connected me to my past lives. This guided me on a 7-year journey traveling the world to sacred sites, where I studied with masters a wide variety of vocal and energy healing practices.

Certified through Layla Martin’s VITA™ Academy, I am trained in holistic coaching, trauma integration, and sacred sexuality for relationships, empowerment, and embodied leadership. I also hold advanced certifications in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), meditation, energy medicine, and trauma-informed outreach, drawing from over a decade of multidisciplinary practice.

As a graduate of RegenIntel’s Foundations in Regenerative Systems and also of Design Science Studio, a regenerative design and leadership incubator inspired by Buckminster Fuller, I bridge spirituality and innovation to help people create visionary, regenerative ways of living. As a collaborator and editor for Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova, pioneer of Birth Into Being, I bring deep expertise in healing birth trauma, ecstatic birth, and conscious thriving relationships, supporting women, parents, and leaders to embody love as a creative force for transformation.

A desire to totally liberate myself from society and my corporate past led me to Mexico, here I claimed my monastic nature and artistry! Days were spent studying the Rose Linage, Zen Buddhism, and the Kabbalah. I hosted my first two art gallery exhibitions focused on plastic pollution and presence, and was invited to perform in the theatre productions Vagina Monologues. I had dreamed my entire life of becoming an artist, and all of a sudden, as I deepend into my daily Harmonize Rituals, all of my dreams were finally coming true. As these dreams manifested, a deeper layer of soul calling began to emerge…

At first I was confused, I didn’t understand the visions and messages that were coming to me- but I listened and followed like an eager student. This lead me into opportunities and eventually communities and classrooms where I was surrounded by like-minded futurists. This is how I discovered Quantum Physics, Vibrational Medicine, Buckminster Fuller, Barbara Marx Hubbard. All of a sudden I had a language and a format in which to relate what were once deeply personal spiritual and esoteric concepts into shared vision and practical systems change. This ability to resonate was a gateway to self actualized freedom and opened doors of opportunity…

It has taken time, courage, persistence and most of all faith to move towards my vision every day. It’s been this journey that has not only shaped my sense of person, but also all my relationships and environment. Life can feel daunting when we keep our eyes open to the global challenges of today, while still holding a flame and heart for a restored and justified tomorrow. This is why it’s essential that we have community. Community holds us accountable, it offers a helping hand and compassionate ear. Most of all, community reflects back to us our deeper intuitive calling- even when it seems to fall flat on the rest of the world.
