Today’s Theme:
Become the Vision
Today, we move from wanting the vision to inhabiting the qualities at the heart of it.
Rather than approaching manifestation as a way to acquire something that is missing, we’ll explore creation as a relationship among embodiment, service, stewardship, and receptivity.
The intention is to notice the state from which you are creating. Are you reaching from fear and lack, or responding to something meaningful that wants to move through you? What you create matters, but so does the quality of presence you bring to its creation.
Before You Begin
Give yourself time to experience today’s practices through your body rather than only through your mind.
You’ll be invited to work with breath, sound, visualization, and silence. There is nothing you need to perform or perfect. Allow the vibration of your voice to be something you feel and listen to from within.
You will also hear spiritual and metaphysical language about energy, frequency, attraction, and the universe. Receive these teachings as a framework for reflection and lived exploration. You may engage the practice simply by noticing your breath, your body, and the emotional state from which you are approaching your vision.
