Meet the Resistance
A vision can awaken excitement, but it can also reveal the places where we feel afraid, unworthy, unsupported, or unsafe being seen.
Today’s intention is to understand the emotional patterns surrounding your vision. Instead of treating fear or self-doubt as evidence that you should stop, you’ll explore where these responses may have come from, how they live in your body, and what they may be trying to protect.
Courage does not require you to override yourself. It grows as you become more honest, compassionate, and present with what is already here.
Before You Begin
Choose an area of your life that feels meaningful but manageable. You do not need to begin with your most painful or traumatic experience.
Today’s inquiry may bring emotions, memories, or physical sensations into your awareness. Remain in choice throughout the entire practice. You may skip any question, keep your eyes open, pause the video, take a break, or stop completely.
Approach what arises with curiosity rather than urgency. The purpose is not to force a breakthrough. It is to create a little more space between you and the pattern so that another response may become possible.
